We want you to feel confident when shopping with SplashBub. Most items are covered by our 30-Day Return Policy. Select products may include a 90-Day Money Back Guarantee when clearly stated on the product page.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
For most items, you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your order number, receipt, or proof of purchase.
Please note that items returned without first contacting us and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.
2. 90-Day Money Back Guarantee for Select Products
Some products may be covered by a 90-Day Money Back Guarantee. This guarantee only applies when it is clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
If your product is eligible for the 90-Day Money Back Guarantee, you may contact us within 90 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To qualify, the item must be returned in acceptable condition, along with your order number, receipt, or proof of purchase. We may request photos, videos, or other information to help review your request.
3. How to Start a Return

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including where to send your package. If applicable, we may also provide a return shipping label.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@splashbub.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products
- Items that have been heavily used, damaged, washed, or altered after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging or required accessories
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items, unless they arrive damaged or defective

6. Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.
As with our standard return policy, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

9. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs may vary depending on the reason for the return and your location.
If the return is due to our error, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will help resolve the issue accordingly.
For returns due to personal reasons, such as changing your mind, choosing the wrong item, or no longer needing the product, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
